It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the showroom! Pulling out all of the trees, mantels, Christmas ornaments and accessories, etc. rushed-in Christmas decorating fun in November! Never too early to have a plan, get inspiration and cut costs in the process!
Our theme is RE-PURPOSE REUSE for the holiday season. Things get expensive quickly and add up! We are using, what we have, to make our seasonal decorating work! Here are the top 4 ways we carried this theme in our early Christmas decorating stages:
Re-purpose Bedding Bags
Comforter zipper bags are a great storage option for non-shatter proof ornaments, ribbons and tree skirts.
Reuse old fabric
We cut left-over decorator fabric into 4″ strips to add an impressive twist of color to our tree(s).
Re-purposed Trash Can
Extra seating is often a need when entertaining for the holidays. Create an alternate dinning space simply by inverting a silver trash can and topping it with clear glass or wood planks to create your table top.
Reuse floral wire
From left-over floral wire we created ornament hooks which are easy to use, inexpensive and flows with the green backdrop.
