Snow days are our favorite! Not only do we get to see an unusually beautiful white landscape and experience mounds of snow bliss, but also capture the elements in an editable & delicious treat — such a BONUS!!
Making Snow Cream is a simple way to capture many special memories for a lifetime! If you’re fortunate enough to have dry snow with very little ice in it, you most certainly will have to try this recipe! It’s the best snow to use and resembles the picture below:
4 cups Fresh fallen snow
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk is what I used)
1/2 teaspoon Homemade Vanilla or Vanilla extract
